A slap on the noodly appendage

So I've been a little busy lately. Today may be the day I can sit down and try and catch up with things, but we shall see. Anyway...while I'm in busy-times, I read a trimmed-down version of my Friends Page and feeds, which includes reading Wil Wheaton's blog. I'm glad for that inclusion on this particular occasion, because of this post, which linked to this article, which describes, in brief, a kid getting suspended from school for dressing in full pirate regalia in accordance with Pastafarian beliefs. Space Nerd Wil Wheaton is correct; the Metro article is worth the read just for the tone alone. (Be sure to read the photo captions.) The only American coverage I've come across so far is this article.

Anyway...that's it for now. Just a shout-out to Pastafarians. I'll try and get a catch-up post later on, if the Flying Spaghetti Monster wills it. RAmen.
