Another strange word

So there's this word "clepe," which means "to call" or "to name." It apparently not only spawns the past participles of "cleped" and "clept," but also the highly disturbing "yclept." What the fuck kind of word is "yclept"?!

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. English is a messed up language.

So I'm sitting here in my room, minding my own business, and a pigeon has perched on the rooftop across from my apartment and is just sitting there...watching me. It's making me strangely uncomfortable. I sense tribblewing's hand in this. Call off your minion!
