Still alive
Feb. 9th, 2007 01:54 pmI really don't know where the time goes. When you get right down to it, I'm really just working a part-time job. How is it that I don't seem to be able to do much else? Anyway...another weekend already, and that means back to work. I know I've pretty much done diddly as far as blogging and junk this week, but...well, what can you do. Next week will be better, methinks.
Oh, so, here's the deal. Momz is heading off on another excursion for...I dunno, maybe a week and a half? That leaves me once again on my own and in charge of the house. I imagine at this point that that will mean I'll be able to make better use of my time. In any case, I'm hoping to take advantage by getting a lot of shit done in the next week or so (after this weekend, anyway, as I never get anything useful done during my work phase). And by "getting shit done," I hope to include some writing and posting and stuff. I dunno, man. We'll see what happens.
Anyway. I didn't really want to post much just now...just to say that, yes, I've been a little offworld, but not actually as offworld as it appears I've been. I've been trying to keep up with LJ, anyway, even if not posting. I've been slacking on the e-mail a bit, but have managed to pop by AIM from time to time. I've managed to get some poker time in at the tables this week, which actually has done some pretty amazing things for my sanity. Though, I suppose, there's still a long way to go in that department for various other reasons. Mmm...guess that's about it. Back in a few days.
