Slowly but surely

It's Sunday night. Ideally, I think I'd be in bed by now, but oh well. :) To make this quick, my big work news today is that I caught all the way up on my primary inbox! Hooray! That leaves two secondaries to go, but with the new dedicated time to inboxing, I'm liking my chances of upkeeping the inbox now and also making headway on those backlogs. One step at a time, I'm gettin' there. That was much of my morning. Later in the day I spent a bunch of time in the pod mines. I knocked out BSO and finalized GC, so that puts me in a pretty good position to start next week and concentrate on OtT stuff! Which is where I wanted to be, so that's good. I'm thinking for a bit I'm going to abandon the day-by-day project schedule and see how that goes. I think I've done a pretty good job structuring the days, so now I'm going to back to working off a sprint-style to-do list using time as it's available. Gonna see how that goes this week. The major goals are (a) make whatever headway I can on whatever OtT projects I can, (b) make sure the inbox stays upkept, at least, if not make headway on the secondaries, (c) job hunt, and (d) work on IGS, specifically so I don't leave it to the last minute. Exciting times ahead! Or something.

Anyway. Feeling pretty good going into this week. Hope to keep up the productive momentum. Onward!

[EDIT: Looking at my calendar now, I realize there's a big chunk of accounting I'm gonna have to work on tomorrow. The admin stuff keeps coming, I guess. So it goes. Still feeling good about the week!]
